We met in our first week at the University of Leeds and became best friends almost immediately. We studied our master's together in the same lab, then reconnected during our PhDs with one goal: to finally build something that mattered to us both.
Between us that's a PhD in plant science and one in enzymology and plant biochemistry, plus years of hands-on work with allicin and the enzyme that makes it. We bring out the best in each other, and we've spent long enough in the lab to know exactly what garlic's most powerful compound can do.
Outside the lab, we bond over food, sport, time in nature, journalling, and looking after our heads as much as our bodies. Enlyven is our way of bringing all of that together.
